Fall Homeschool Pumpkin Carving & Baking Event!

Calling All Homeschooling Families!
Date: Thursday October 23rd, 2025
Time: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Arrive anytime between 8:50-9:00 am
Location: Hanover Missionary Church 628 11th St. Hanover. Please enter through the West Entrance (down the ramp).
Please Remember:
- your water bottles & lunches (we are not nut free)
- pumpkins if you have some
- to dress for the weather
- non perishable food item for the HMC Warming Centre

This is a great opportunity for you to see what we're all about. We're looking forward to carving pumpkins, doing some fall baking, and playing some organized sports in the afternoon as a large group.
Please dress for the weather as we may travel to the park!
We will still be aiming for grades 3-8 as that's what our current school curriculum is based on. However, as we are asking that parents stay, we understand that there may be littles tagging along as well! Younger children are welcome to join in on activities alongside their parents.

This is a FREE Event - the Homeschool Events Committee is asking that any homeschooling family, if you are able, bring a non-perishable food item to contribute to HMC's Warming Centre.
